Makes a great side dish with pork carnitas.

I thought it could make a great side dish to really anything, its the perfect veggie meal. Add in a steak(sorry vegan peeps) or even stick with stuffed bell peppers or something.

You have everything there (except meat) for making a Greek cabbage roll. Next time mix the rice with a little beef or lamb.
Not a lamb person at all but yeah I think i will be making stuffed bell peppers as i said above, Just not too big on cabbage over all..haha...
I kinda wanna try chicken instead of the beef just because I've never had it like that, Plus i love chicken a million times more then beef.
