Katie, please hire a good PR team to handle those negative comments! If there was a universal diet, no one would need nutritionists. These tips will definitely work for some people.
I eat alot of carbs and I'm skinny. I always make sure to include them in my diet because they are the biggest food group that you need.. it also stores energy so you will be able to work out for long periods of time. Just stay away from white flour and white potatoes, that turns into sugar in your body.
....it's great that she's trying to help people, but experience in pageant training, and her own research are not the same as advice coming from an educated and licensed nutritionist. Telling people to stay away from whole foods and food groups is unhealthy and unrealistic advice. With the epidemic of anorexia and yo-yo dieting in this country, I also find this to be the tipping point of a dangerous trend. Losing weight "Wicked Fast" will not keep it off and is not long term or healthy.
This is crazy and so not true...yall should follow tone it up
