FFIV > FFVI > FFV > FFIX > FFVII > FFVIII > FFII > FFI > FFIII > FFX

That's coming from someone that's played every entry in the series (I don't include anything past X since they diverge so far from the original idea of Final Fantasy, nor sidegames like Tactics or Legend). Doesn't make my opinion better than yours though, just sayin.

3 was probably the worst One I have ever played, Mystic quest was pretty kool, But heres My list (Not tryin to start a war here)

This has to be my favorite FF6 song Nobuo Uematsu made ... This just captures so many ideas put into the storyline and character progression of the game ... All of the sadness, the hope, ... I love the synth and flute combo.

No amount of praise could do this song justice. 5/5

@PeyserConley Yeah, there's a couple places where Nobuo reuses older themes... one of the big ones I noticed was the song used in the opera in this game- it was used again in Eyes on Me. Altered a bit, but still, you can hear each song in the other.

@PeyserConley there is a lot of song from Vii that sound like Vi songs. Most noticeable is aerith theme and the opera theme.

@PeyserConley The two songs sound alike because they have identical chord progressions. Incidentally they share the same chord progression as Pink Flyds Is there anybody out there? Uematsu has admitted to getting some music inspiration from the 60s and 70s music. Just connect the dots.
