  • Hello, Tyrone Great video but I have a question. You mentioned that when making the offer you want to mention that your(me) going to pay all closing costs. And if theres any outstanding liens or mortages that the end buyer will pay for. My question is why does the end buyer have to pay for those? I thought it was the sellers responsibility to take care of his liens? Please help me

  • Maybe I'm thinking about this wrong, but If your assignment fee is $3k on a $50k flip, how do you pay the realtor their 6% commission?

  • Do you use the one page contract with Realtor' s and if not,how do you assign a deal with your retail buyer with the Realtor purchase contract?

  • when dealing with realtors you simply use their contracts and if you're depending on retail buyers to be your exit strategy on wholesale deals, you won't last long in this biz....
