And if theres any outstanding liens or mortages that the end buyer will pay for. My question is why does the end buyer have to pay for those? I thought it was the sellers responsibility to take care of his liens? Please help me

Maybe I'm thinking about this wrong, but If your assignment fee is $3k on a $50k flip, how do you pay the realtor their 6% commission?

Do you use the one page contract with Realtor' s and if not,how do you assign a deal with your retail buyer with the Realtor purchase contract?
