Keep your hair on dude, it's touchless in that there is no brush contact with the bodywork/paint. The wheels will always need chemical treatment and brush agitation to remove brake dust. The system isn't perfect but for a well kept car is pretty effective really.
The problem I see with this system is that it does not have adequate front/rear bumper cleaning. Yes, the high pressure soap does, but it doesn't not go all the way down on the front/back of the bumper. Also I didn't see the high pressure rinse go *directly* on the front/back. The system seems VERY complicated, and expensive to maintain. Their has to be 15 different motors, 4 different gearboxes; thus requiring a huge inventory of parts. looked at similar systems ,we chose the Belanger Saber.
playingpro, the car is well maintained but still had two weeks worth of dirt on it before the wash. Its true that a very dirty car with caked on on mud may not have come out so well but its still an excellent wash option.
The car was definately polished and completely clean BEFORE it was washed....i would like to see a dirty car, not perfectly polished, getting so clean touchless.....
If only Harwoods were on the mainland rather than the Isle of Wight. I'd use such a car wash like a flash. Nowhere on the mainland seems to have specified such a high specification machine, and touchless programmes are practically unheard of, even though they have a high potential for boosting revenue considerably.
Shit takes forever with just one machine, it needs multiple to do multiple tasks otherwise it wastes time going back and forth

The car looked clean before being washed. Why didnt they use the brushes? will it damage the paintwork?
