I still can't seem to find that zig zag jam car anywhere. Pretty collectible at this point i imagine Is that tyco?

Does the zig zag jam car actually switch lanes ? Because I remember them just riding on the one side of the track, never switching sides. I ask because if the zig zag jam car changes lanes that's bad ass.

Are jam cars built to be slower? I used to have a telephone repair van and a Med. Unit. No matter what they were always slow

yeah the whole idea of a jam car is it runs at 2/3 -3/4 the speed of the race cars so you have something to overtake. This adds to the challenge of catching up with/overtaking your opponent. Some earlier race cars are not much faster than a Jam car but the later ones are nearer to twice as fast. Sounds like yours were quite rare. those vans don't show up too often!

@HezekiahRashedJakson mine was a lemon yellow Chevy Monte Carlo and Gold Dodge Magnum with a Blue jam car that was waaaay slow. The jam car had a red checkerd top. Not sure what car it was modeled after.
