  • 4 Royal Marines fight off 200 terrorists and this american reporter is saying that there just sailors compared to ELITE SPECIAL FORCES. What a dick !!! Per Mare Per Terram

  • Is it me or is the american reporter underestimating the Royal Marines Commando? Btw im not hating on america its just this reporter...?

  • @RausageSolls

what is it there to underestimate?

    theyre training with blanks

  • @InfidelAdvocate I can see where you're coming from. You have a good point there.

  • @InfidelAdvocate Everyone who was, or is in the IRA is or was a terrorist. Simple as. Their goal was to force the British government to give them sovereignty by any means they saw fit. They've officially become a politcal organization now, I believe. Even so, the name says it all: "Irish Republican ARMY". Meaning that they were a guerilla force who used conflict to disrupt British control over North Ireland.

  • why is there a girl there?

  • wtf guys, we are and teh US are allies and i'd rather have them fighting by us than the fucking French or germans..... or any other country for that matter... so just get along

  • @lonestar2779 the Germans have great troops and equipment, they have the best tank in the world for one, and best LMG the MG3.

  • @lonestar2779 yeah, it's not really possible to fight along the french. Well, not unless you're a pretty quick runner...

  • @InfidelAdvocate they can give to charity donate blood and help old ladies across the street but in the end its what you fight for not how you fight for it that determines which side your on.

  • I'm joining the royal marines next year!!! Cant fucking wait :)

  • @InfidelAdvocate That is the stupidest thing i've ever heard the IRA is a terrorist organisation and cowards to boot

  • yeah stuff ira scum!

  • @leonwiganer I'm a yank,an infantryman to bat!The two years I spent in afghanistan I saw royal marines and the gurkahs.They did everything I did......and thensome.They are truly a special breed.

  • @blaw11b the gurkahs are hard mother fuckers !!! hahaa im training to join royal marines now and nothing i can do will prepair me for the tests they push you to since they will push you to where your body is no more and show you how mind over matter really works thats what sets them appart

  • @InfidelAdvocate get your facts right dickhead, most of IRA bombings they gave warnings,if they were fighting to win a war through killing innocents, they'd have killed untold thousands with the amount of bombings they carried out.by the way, with the killings they did carry out, court investigations show most of the IRA murders were actually on the pay roll of the security forces.which some have said their handlers gave permission to carry out in a smear campaign against em.btw,i dont support em!

  • who are the royal marines fighting?

  • @TheGangstaSound Enyone from the IRA to Al Queda i belive

  • wtf .... marines are already trained in that ... hey are the tuffest infatry unit in the british forces..... hence why they are called royal marine commandos ..... and why keep calling them sailors..... although they are based within the royal navy they are not sailors they are soldiers trained to fight in all invirements .... i find this video demineing of the royal marines and who doesnt agree with me would be lieing

  • @Captinpricey1 its just so our 2 countries forces can practice working ttogether, more than learning new techniques.

  • Sailors fighting on land? why these kinds of training for sailors?

  • @TheEnglishBadman

haha yeah, they were some nice jabs

  • @leonwiganer i am from the republic and in the army with a couple of mates from the republic in my unit it idiots who are not infromed that make poor statements the give the rest of us a bad name

  • @j20gu3 sbs = previous royal marines experience. uksf selection

REGULAR SAS UNITS = previous military experience. uksf selection

RESERVE AND RECO SAS UNITS = military experience/civilian. uksf selection

there is a big difference between regular sas like 22sas and reserve like 21/23.

if you pass the uksf selection from civi you will not go to 22 sas and will have to wait years and years with ALOT of experience before being selected to take part on 22sas tasks.

  • You can not join UKSF selection from civi street and if you pass you may choose between 22 SAS, SBS or the SRR. 2nd:there's no difference between 21/23TA and 22 SAS.21/23 SAS is perhaps even harder to get into because 21/23 attracts wankers who think that it's a shortcut to the greenberet. The DS of 21/23 will beast these characters out of selection from the very 1st minute.Furthermore, due to manpower shortages, 21/23 SAS troopers are now on operations in Afghanistan. They're up to par with 22.

  • @agsibarani I mean the sand coloured beret ofcourse.

  • @agsibarani actually you can join the UKSF from civi street as a part time and when you pass it you cant choose between the SAS or SBS they have different selection their selection process doesnt come under UKSF.

  • @paulmitchell22 That's what I wrote. In other words: UKSF has been established to streamline selection for the SBS/SAS/SRR. Once you pass UKSF selection, one goes off to training with either one of three regiments of ones choosing. Joining SBS requires finishing the SC3 course.

As coming from civi street: you don't join UKSF but UKSF(R), once you pass UKSF(R) selection, you go off to either 21or 23SAS/SBS(R).

Joining UKSF requires at least three years of military experience!!

  • @agsibarani What is the SC3 course?

  • @arrrival the "swimmer - canoeist course".

"The SC3 course involves training in diving in all conditions, canoeing (often over long distances), underwater demolitions, beach reconnaissance and surveying techniques. Any man that has reached this stage of selection is technically in the SBS but is considered under probation and subject to being RTU'd if he fails to measure up."

  • @j20gu3 Apparently it's recent. They want more trained soldiers attempting SF, not civvies who think they're hard. They want usefull people, not time wasters. =/

  • @j20gu3 Not anymore you can't, which sucks =/

Now even for 21 or 23, you need to have been in the British Army for 2 years minimum.

  • I really want to try out for SAS selection one day, but I need to move back to England and join the reg army first. :/

Kinda sucks, because before you'd just have to have been born in England and have had prior military experience to try out for the SAS.

  • Why is there a woman there?, Women in Britain can't join a infantry regiment.

  • beefcake terrorest in the house owns that chap lol

  • haha! That is me they are interviewing while patolling down the road! I am famous!

  • Why are the US forces part of eliteforces.

  • Thinking about joining these guys. Gotta move to Europe first and become a citizen tho.

  • @Jakmehauf hehe! we dont have many yanks in the royal marines mate ;)

  • @Jakmehauf You're from America, why the fuck would you join the Royal Marines? America has an exact copy, it's called Force Recon. Join the Marines, and hope you have the balls to get into Recon.

  • there not wearing helmets coz there in jungle environment thts all

  • omg royal marine commandos not royal marines there elite!!!

  • how come they wear headsets instead of helmets

  • Because the royal marines are fucking hard to the core lol! actually I dont know the real reason they dont have helmets. Maybe its something to do with the helmets restricting vision or something.

  • Becuase its a exersize and there using blank rounds, ( Just a Bang ) they use halmets when threre using real rounds.

  • because its lightweight, and royal marines go in troops of 30 making it easyer and more efficient. helmets are just for shrapnal, so in explosive warfare they'd use helmets!

  • the guy flipped him hahahahahaahah

  • Thats not a cane you fanny thats the whip(Antenna) from the blokes radio who is trying to get the big fucking fat asshole of the lad who was trying to show the other in slow time in a nice way how to detain a prisoner. The reason he punched him is because the moment the guy flipped him onto his back its not exercise anymore.

Ex Royal Navy Advanced Combat Trauma Medic

WO Bowker is my old Sergeant Major from Lima Coy 42 Commando

  • Your from plymouth eh? im joining at 42 commando, and becoming a Sniper.

  • that is a insalt to royal marine

  • at 1;43 does he actually punch him lol ???.....

  • Yes.

  • why if ther just on exercise

  • I assume it's to simulate what could happen out there :P

  • yeh your proborly right...fell sory for him tho lol

  • because all the adrenalin and there badass lol

  • you got that right , true badass

    i wonna join!!

  • some random guy at the back hits the dude in the face twice with a cane, I think he punched out at the nearest guy he saw after that lol.

  • ^^ I dont get it too, if its a training exercise and he just fucking twated some guy in the face 2 times. WOW.

  • Americans have never fought a REAL war on a marsh facing the enemy in rows, the British Royal Marines are trained within a standard backed on experience. America wouldn't be anywhere without the United Kingdom setting the grounds. God save the Queen. Per Mare Per Terram.

  • STFU WITH YOUR POLITICS ASSHOLE !!! infact just die ! Per Mare Per Terram !

  • but you soldiers cant go to war if you dont consult the political side

  • we don't consult the politicians.

When the politicians jaws stop wagging, then they send us in because force is the only thing that will resolve the issue. Barking is one thing, but biting is definitive. Doesn't mean the men on the ground like the fighting, most of us join to get a trade like being a chef or construction. End of the day, we train to fight so cunts like you have the right to say what you want. Freedom is not free shit head. Get a rifle and man the line.

  • hmm not really mate because its the primeminister and the queens choice at the end of the day, they decide whether or not to go to war

they decided to go to war in iraq as well as in afghanistan. and at the end of the day im just saying a fact ive got nothing against the fuckin army like the royal marines mate and freedom is free you ass whipe ohh and i say what i want anyway not because you people train because i think of something called freedom of speech soo haha. one more thing...

  • no twat, freedom is not free because some men and women pay for it with their lives! What the fuck do you know about defending your human rights? All you know is how to shoot your mouth off without knowing the facts. I bet your too much of a fucking pussy to fight and I also bet you'd piss your pants if you got into a contact.

  • okie chocie but in my opinion (MY OPINION ITS FREE) you have a choice to do whatever you want and take whatever path you want and nahh im not to pussy my fuckin family have been through shit loads in iraq and my family have been through many fuckin wars soo noo andd some of them use that when others try to consult i understand in certain situations need to be shown by force but not always its 50.50 for both side im not trying to argue im stating my opinion

ther is still alot to be learned to bad

  • in islam for example mohammed the prophet wanted to change the people of the world to islam

but wanted to do it by example. only because this didnt happen straight away meant these extreme muslims who are terrorists started forcing it onto people. then people go the wrong idea of islam. now people have started to see the good side and the population of islamic people whether it be converts or muslims is dramatically growing. these muslims making it grow showed this by example not by force so....

  • this means example is better then forcing something up on the people

  • exactly my point. Leading by example is much more effective than putting a rifle to someone's father, blowing their brains all over the living room and telling them to do as they are told.

Thats why we are in Afghanistan and Iraq, to stop that shit from happening! And who is there to stop it? ISAF is, to protect their FREEDOM and OUR freedom so it doesn't come over here.

So on that note, are you condoning 9/11 and 7/07?

  • ohh shit yeahh haha ive just realised what i said thats what i meant to say hehe sorry for causing this upset ohh and are you a soldier?

  • I nearly was, I suffered a slipped disk in commando training, I was in Hunter company for 2 years trying to build myself back up and subsequently recieved a medical discharge as my back is fucked. All of my family have served.

  • ahhh my brothers mate is a commando i think

  • perfectly said mate, perfect

  • suck it mick

  • shut up dickhead
