un bodybuilder fait de la musculation pour se construire un corps sa le dit dans la traduction de bodybuilder, et un powerlifrter veux développer de la force et c pour sa qui a été un homme fort. un powerlifter ne se soucie pas de la beauté de son corps puisque bcp dentre eux ont dlair gros contrairement des bodybuilder qui ont dlair musclé et bombé

Je le sais tres bien je fais moi même du powerlifting. Mais ce que tu dit, que les bodybuilders ont plus tendance a prendre des steroides, pis que sa PARAIT quand kkun en prend, c'est completement faux. Pis dans mon gym jconnais pas mal de powerlifter qui prenne dla sauce.

c très facil a savoir au contraire, les stéroides ne font quaccroitre la grosseur des muscles et un peu de force, un gars qui en prend et qui utilises des poids très imposants fini un jour par se déchirer les ligamants car les stéro ne les font pas endurcir.

si hugo en prendrait y aurait jamais pu faire se quil a fait, il aurait eu des déchirures avant de gagné son titre, prend lex lanceur des dodgers hugo gagné je crois, ya des problèmes au bras a cause des stéro

et il ne faut pas confondre la sauce avec les stéro c complètement différent. les stéro amène des effets secondaire a forte dose comme des problèmes dacnée et autre, je my connais puisque je mentraine beaucoup et jen vois du monde comme sa. un powerlifter fait des reps de 1-4 et un bodybuilder de 6 à 12 max juste pour etre sur que lon parle de la meme chose ;)

au olympique y sont testé premièrement, et au baseball c sur qui en a pcq sa donne de la force, les powerlifter qui en prennent ne peuvent pas en prendre en abusant, prendre 1 dose ou 2 c pas correct, mais ceux qui ont des problèmes c ceux qui en prennent dune manière mensuelle. et comme jai dit le but #1 des stéro c pour lattrait visuel, quelqu'un de sérieux n'en prends pas car c connue que sa cause des problèmes au ligaments. mais bon ya rien dimpossible, mais les stéro
