MORE THAN A PARODY, more of an homage, in its own Taiwanese humor way, a way of showing RESPECT to Mr Jobs. But East is East and West is West, and this is all BUSASA to most Western obervers in USA AND UK.....the ad is just part of a broad stroke of Taiwanese humour. I really think this shouldnt be allowed at all. The resemblance may be construed as similar in image and used on the basis of gross enrichment. As such, there might be enough grounds for a lawsuit.

@Droid5767 Once my friend went to an Apple store and an employee heard my friend comment that she didn't really like the iPad's appearance. Before you knew it other assistants came over and tried to change her opinions and even blocked the exits making it difficult to leave.
She has been getting the occasional visit too, inviting her back to the store for after hours meetings.
She asked me the other day if I wanted her Samsung phone as she didn't like it anymore.
I am worried.

Empathy and respect - what nonsense. The advertisement was hardly disrespectful and at worst slightly cheeky. Scrolling further down is the real reason - "Action Electronics could be sued for infringing on the personal image rights of a famous figure." I dont think the Jobs family's PR people are morons. Nevertheless Action Electronics might want to want to consider doing ads that will actually entice people to buy their products.
