@SamhainTheDark The Trickster was an arch angel who decided to fall from heaven to avoid the fight between his brothers and disguise himself as the Trickster and started up the entire mythology so he wasn't found.

@SamhainTheDark I think the uploader meant supernatural beings more than what could be considered 'monsters', more of a misunderstanding really.

@youboob6022 I think the Pagan "Gods" were more monster than anything divine. Every Pagan God on the show is depicted as being bloodthirsty and with an appetite for human flesh...they're no different than the werewolves, rugurus, vampires, ghouls and the Wendigo. I think on the show at the moment there are only two real "gods" - God, who created the angels and Eve/Mother who created all of the monsters including the Pagan Gods.

@ss04to06 I've been thinking about it, you are right, the pagan Gods appear to still have some human attributes assuming that those are their actual bodies we see on the screen. Although the Mother of All was revealed to be Eve in the latest episode so since the story goes that she got tempted by Lucifer, she's more likely to be an incredibly strong demon.

@ss04to06 To be fair , it`s stated on multiple occasions the Pagan gods became that way due to losing most of their followers to the Abrahamic religions , Atheism and Agnosticism and thus have to actively seek sacrifices rather than being offered sacrifices by their followers . The Hindu gods appear to be the most powerful of the Pagans due to still having a fairly large number of followers and thus have the least need for sacrifices .
