If there were a planet or brown dwarf that massive and only 2 years away from impact or fly-by (based on Planet X's claimed orbit it would be around the same distance as Mars *large error bar there though*) and by far the brightest thing in the night sky (besides the moon... maybe) I can see how a government would cover this up but the evidence is just not solid, and based on mostly novice star gazers.

@leospiderboy A: There is currently no official proof of a 9th planet or brown dwarf called planet X (or Nibiru). Some amateur astronomers have claims but their evidence is not solid. But there is an trans-Neptunian planet that is about the same size or larger than Pluto called Eris, but this dwarf planet's orbit is no where near earth and is about 96 AU away from the Sun (or 96 times farther away form the Sun than earth is)

The dinosaurs were here before us. If some other people were here and died, we would have found something. We found dinosaur skeletons right^^. And before the dinosaurs there was no life in general, only volcanic activity and before that a sulfuric hell. And btw 2012 the mayan calendar doesnt end. Its just a new decade like our jump from 19th century to 20th century... Thats it no more no less. And yeah there was a planet named Niburu. I ate it yesterday. Now its gone, nothing left for you guys.
