Some of the most important scientific discoveries were made, as people learned about medicine, astronomy, biology, and metals, among other things. Was the catholic Church perfect? NO! Of course not! Some of the most important scientific discoveries were made, as people learned about medicine, astronomy, biology, and metals, among other things. Was the catholic Church perfect? NO! Of course not! But neither was the Soviet Union, which was an atheist government. Like I said before, anything you say about religion applies to atheism as well.

Those are ALL mythological Gods, and anyone who follows them will tell you exactly that. If there were more than one God, there would be different rules. That's not how it works. There is only good and evil. There is no gray line in between. People choose their path every day of their lives, but the path I choose is the path of Jesus Christ, believing that he died for our sins and so that we can have eternal life in Heaven. We are not temporary beings, and the evidence supports that.

Now tell me that the Big Bang, which you would believe supposedly created the universe, despite there being no matter TO explode because the universe hadn't yet begun, therefore making the explosion physically impossible, isn't stupid. face it, your beliefs are every bit as far fetched as mine, whether you like it or not.

@jhguy99 you obviously dont know a shit about the big bang theory, dude, but im gonna make you a favor: all the matter and energy was allways there, what the theory says is that it expandend in some point of time, what cause that expansion is unknown, but certainly the theory doesn't says that there were no matter. you cant criticize science just because you dont like one of his theories, think in everything it has done for you.
