A paradox..That makes a lot of sense, feeling nostalgic is common. Taking in feelings such as sadness, anger and frustration can be tolerated but when you add them all up they eventually brake you. False tears bring pain to those around a false smile brings pain to one's self. But if your ever feeling depressed look for what you have that is happy in your life because even if you don't usally notice it it's still definitly there you merely have to change your point of view slighty its like glass
