I think Rampage would be the perfect coach for Kimbo. Rashad will do an excellent job but Rampage's attitude and style fit what a coach needs to have to be able to get through to Kimbo. Additionally Rampage is big enough before a weight cut to be the size that Kimbo needs to train with and I'm sure Rampage would do in the cage sparring with him. If Kimbo works on his technical skill i.e. sprawling, takedowns, ground control and learns how to put finesse behind his punches he will go far.

You cant buy the fight nor the team. You buy the officials and hope that the team/ fighter make a mistake that the official can take advantage of. you're right. you can't buy a real "fighter" but you can buy the fight and the result. trust me, bigger organizations such as the NFL, NBA, MLB and the NHL with a hell of alot more money at stake than the UFC have been acused of fixing games. the UFC is a baby organiztion compared to those i mentioned above. so, if you catch my drift, it is not that far fetched to think or suspect the UFC of possibly fixing fights. especially fights that take place in the TUF competion.

You cant buy the fight nor the team. You buy the officials and hope that the team/ fighter make a mistake that the official can take advantage of. At the end of the day the team/Fighter cant afford a lost. That might damage their careers or oppotunity to get to the top. where the real money is at. And i dont think they can afford that.

I'm sure Kimbo gave up potential millions by throwing that fight at Elite XC, also causing the collapse of the biggest MMA promotion ever. If you're right about that, he's stupider than anyone ever suspected. He got paid $500k for that fight with Petruzelli, and that was his SALARY. That's not even counting the probable million dollars or more he got from sponsors. Stop making excuses for why Kimbo sucks in MMA.

EliteXC was host to the most watched MMA events in history. They collapsed partly because of poor financial decisions, but mostly because they built their entire promotion around Kimbo. Kimbo shouldn't receive any blame for this, you can't knock his hustle. He was making more money in one night than he had ever made. EliteXC tried to fix the fight for Kimbo, not the other way around. Kimbo is hugely overrated. People act like he can't lose a fight.

To be honest, I don't think it's gonna be Dana that will protect Kimbo. Keep in mind that even if he loses his first fight, he's still on the show, and people will watch.
I think if Rampage is his coach, he won't put up with Kimbo's shit, and will either give him the Right Hand of Doom, or put him up against someone with a semblance of a ground game.
More than likely though, Kimbo will be coached by Rashad, and will fight the weaker heavyweights, and get crushed later.
