when I was about 11, my dad's father passed away. I used to go to my grandparents' house a lot then; small town. there was a [really] big and [really] beautiful tree there, a mango tree. I loved when I had time to climb it up; perfect wind, slow branches. height... sometimes, I wonder where my courage went to: I would probably be scared if I tried to do it now [years... that I haven't visited that town].

well, old whores do have their charm, but no...this house is really a several hundred year old nunnery. after the nuns moved out, the whores moved in. you see, my house is in an ancient antwerp alley-way. it's actually really special. there are about 5 houses here. when the whores moved out (i'm guessing in the 60's) regular folks moved in. well, and then i got here ;-)
