The site is the easy part, you need to find some individual(s) or institution with enough political power to protect us from local fire and police dept harassment so we can do the show unmolested. We are able to get this type of co-operation in major urban areas so thats usually where we do the shows. This is especially true these days, as our shows can be easily be mistaken for criminal acts.
We did a machine show November 2010 at a museum in Santa Rosa. However, after 32 years of doing crap like this, promoters are pretty terrified of getting involved with us. SRL "lite" seems to be the popular way to go, but we never learned that trick. There always seems to be someone who will take the plunge. We have the machines and the will to do it. Why dont you set one up!

What would you need for a show? I know some abandoned factories in my area (Indiana).
