You are right, 3 months after posting that I have learned quite a bit.

I just use the big heals. no need to spam low mana small heal. just through out like the 5,6 and 7k heals. let the druid and paladin spam there asses off.

the addon i use is " Healbot " from curse games it shows full raid health click left to small heal right to big heal there health bars also shows curses and diseases, i wouldent be verry good without it
