As a kid, I spent my summers at Camps Andover and Waldron (in the same general area you point out when you tell us where your house is). What a beautiful spot. We used to climb Mt. Ladd via a trail off what I think was Roxbury Road. It was an easy climb except for the small rock ledge we had to climb up and then the "lemon squeeze", a rock formation we had to pull ourselves up and through! I wonder if that trail still exists or if access is blocked by someone's home.
