I usually do HEAVY partials after a set of 4 or 5. It fatigues the legs all the way and shocks them try it with hack squats or the leg press.
With half reps you focus more on the quads and less on the glutes/hamstrings and by using more weight you still can get the same intensity, just more focussed on the quads, which is what they're aiming for.

He has stated in previous episodes that his quads are a weakness and he needs to bring them up and doing leg presses with only the first half of the ROM places more emphasis on the quads. Been using the NO-Xplode for about a week and I can feel it. My muscles feel harder and the pump lasts way longer than without it. I just started using Cell Mass today...lets see if it works when I go to the gym tomorrow. Also tried the BSN protein powder..tastes pretty good

Looking great, I couldn't believe the size he has added, especially on his legs. If he nails his conditioning at this contest I don't see anyone beating him.

That's what am talkin about! All my 3 brothers never came fans of bodybuilding until they I showed them Brandon "especially the 2004 beach footage". Can't wait to see more. I actually admire those people who are making real use of sport enhancing drugs. People thinks like this: "They blame people, not the situation."

Man he has gotten bigger, and its good to see him doing free weight squats, his legs should start growing like weeds now! But....whats with the poor form on the leg press, hacks and extensions!!! He gota leave that ego at the door! His leg development will always haunt him if he doesnt get his form right!
