That's a epic fail. Too much of protective wear and stuff, to low of effect. Also, the methane doesn't smell. That's why many of miners died by suffocating.
BTW, I'm going to try mine biogas, so you are probably going to make a laugh from me as well then (:
mate! the reason u didn't get enough methane, was due to the fact that there wasn't enought anaerobic metabolism activity in the waste bottle......now how to get it: animals like cows & buffalo's have these bacteria in there digestive system , so in there excreta u find loads of anaerobic bacteria, therefore make a slurry out of the excreta ....keep it in the waste box for around a week and then add more fibrous food waste into it...then u wld get the gud flow of methane

the methane gas do not have enough pressure to start burning...try add pump to support methane out.
