I was playing online today (Mario Kart) And we were playing Rainbow Road and I dont know why but my character (Bowser) Kept getting stuck at that jump even if I wasnt even close to the edge, I ended up failing that jump anyway. I guess Bowser isnt built for that level?

It can be difficult, but 1. If you have a super mario galaxy save file on your Wii. 2. If you got 1 star for rank in each of the mirror mode cups. Luckily for me I had Super Mario Galaxy save files on my Wii.

What exactly is Mirror Mode?

@slamshotstudios Mirror Mode is just like 150cc, except that everything is mirror-reflected, so that where you would turn left in the normal race classes, you would turn right in Mirror Mode, and vice versa. It sounds easy, but after having "sharp left turn coming up" ingrained after having raced on a particular track over and over, remembering that that sharp left is now a sharp RIGHT can throw you. (You need all 8 gold trophies in 150cc to unlock Mirror Mode, BTW.)

@jldc072100 You can unlock Rosalina in three ways:

1) Race 4,950 times (yeah, right);

2) Race 50 times on a Wii that also has a Super Mario Galaxy save file on it;

3) Get a 1-star rating or better in all Mirror Cups (good luck--you'll need it).

@jldc072100 I can't find anything online that says a SMG2 save unlocks Rosalina this way. I would imagine not--Mario Kart Wii came out well before SMG2, and I wouldn't think Nintendo would plan that far ahead. At any rate, if you can simply borrow a copy of SMG1 long enough to start and save a game, that'd do it.

Jeez, I HATE it when I get stuck on that jump on Rainbow Road (where you fell the second time). It's like an instant death sentence.

How do you like the Shooting Star bike? I've never tried it, myself.
