i like this phone. i got it, and i didnt realise how rubbish the sound quality is on it. in my opinion, if you love to blare your music out to everyone, i wouldnt really recommend this phone. i sold my w880i because of the sound quality on it, BUT quality through headphones rock! XD apart from that, its all good. :)

Two heads are better than Nokia (merger of Sony Japan with Ericsson Sweden). Imagine your phone have mega bass headset like sony walkman or super bass headset of Aiwa walkman for about 10 years ago. I've just have it. i'm going to use it at least for the next 2 years. But there is no radio in w880i, anyhow it interchangeable by the 3G video call. How about browse or wi-fi that available in the other type? I prefer browse with my toshiba laptop in my bed room. Larger screen, healthier eyes

i had it for like three weeks and its are really good phone, love how it looks, i have it in silver. the keys aren't all that hard to use, u get used to them. the music player is good and it makes good photos even though it hasn't got a flash. definetly a good buy!

I just got this phone but I think mine is defective. I have AT&T and for the last 72-hours the network is being out. The total time I have coverage has being 10-minutes in total since I got it last Sunday. AT&T says it's the phone. And Sony says is AT&T. I think I got a lemon.

take it back to where you got it from if you still have the receipt they should look at it and either fix it or give you a new one free of charge the same happend to my k750i when i had it hope this helps xx
