@barbrawalters1 you're far more observant than me! i've never found a keyboard that's as satisfying as a piano; without the vibration and the acoustics, even the best seem like glorified typewriters.
i guess i've gotten too spoiled hearing the bose, too. going from one of the best pianos around to a keyboard is a shock to my ears.
I also prefer just Tori and the piano... I didn't like this song much at all on the album, but I am really glad this was posted... because I love it! I wish she had recoreded it more like this for the album version.
i always love her piano solos, more often than not i prefer them to the album version as well... sometimes i wish she'd release an instrumental version of her albums, just hearing her piano is enough to keep me happy till the grave.
I have never heard this song without the band....love it

Listening to it this way really makes me think there were much better ways to mix it on the album. Like it could have been so much better!!!!

This is one of my favorite songs on the album and I LOVE this acoustic version. Tori is the real thing. This is fantastic!!!

I agree about her solo though I think this song needs deeper notes on the piano and maybe some deep drum accents to emphasize the chorus

As with most everything, I actually prefer this song with just her & no band, though I do wish she's had Bossi to play it on!

I don't think this was meant to be a solo song. It's one of the song that improves with the band and keyboard I think.
