I remember walking in to the lobby of the North Tower and we asked where the 1993 bombing happened. The guy behind the desk just pointed downward without saying anything.

Awsome and cool perspective of the WTC. Everytime I watch this, I feel the WTC felt like one of the safest and best places to be in NYC when they were still standing. Seeing hundreds of diffrent kinds of people scattered throughout the plaza enjoying that summer day right at the base of the WTC looking like ants compared to their sheer size makes it look nice and welcoming making you wish you can be there to experience NYC and the WTC at its finest =)

Judging by the scale of the people compared to the towers I just realized how massive the base of these buildings were. 207 ft. of length per side looks alot longer than I originally thought, and multiply that to some 1,350 ft straight up to the sky just adds more to the frightening thought of the events of 9/11.

I remember as a kid back in the summer of June 1997 when I went to the WTC and remember me and my brother leaning over the fountain and putting our hands in the running cascading water on the edge of the fountain walls (it was really cold actually). Then me and my brother kept splahing each other but a security guard stopped us because we were spilling too much water onto the plaza. We always did that every time we went to the WTC since we were just kids lol and brings back memories

The fire damage is simply not sufficient to bring down a steel structured building, extensive tests have been preformed on this very issue.
