  • You are right but we always new that the terrorists are fucked up, it is rather CIA we should blame for having so many informations about so many of the 9/11 terrorists and putting 2 and 2 together and stopped them. CIA has admitted they new them but no one took action months before 9/11.

  • fucking terrorists!! :(

  • They sure weren't beautiful buildings by any measure, but I would have loved to have been on top of these over the highly cramped and overrated Empire State Building.

  • I went to NY in October or November of 2000....specifically Liberty Island. I got a nice photo with the NY skyline in the background. Had no idea those two giant buildings weren't gonna be there a year later.

  • I was in New York last year I never saw them?

  • @majorkeybaree You're a real funny bugger aren't you?

  • @majorkeybaree must admit.. I lold...

  • What a shame. I hope when the freedom tower is finished all New Yorkers will embrace it like they did the twin towers.

  • Shee just like Grand Theft Auto IV - World Trade Centre Mod XD

  • pwned

  • i hope they bring back the wtc stage

  • Twin Towers were the most beautiful skycrapers I've ever seen. I will never forget my trip to New York.

  • It's too late to wish 9/11 Never Happened at WTC (World Trade Center)

  • i wish they could invent a time machine so i could go back in time go to osama bin ladens hideout and shoot him in his fucking head 20 times and leave

  • Gone but not forgotten....sniff.

  • I would've planked on the top of those buildings if they were still standing

  • Music playing in the back, people happy hanging out in the plaza....can't believe that all that is gone!

  • @LGskaters I feel the same way, except I was 4 when 9/11 happened.

  • What year is this recorded?

  • @Faluragrut My guess is around 1995ish; the northern part of battery park after the WFC buldings (seen in the aerial view from the helicopter) is still just flat land and there are no buildings yet.

  • when Life was Sweet!

    Before 9 /11/01

  • They were beautiful....

  • this is how NYC should be.

  • I 've been to NYC four times, unfortunately after 9/11, but this is how I always think of NYC :) <3

  • ['] [']

  • @laurelindo well said. I feel the same!!!

  • Every time I watch this video I think "this is how it SHOULD be", and then for a split second it feels like a natural part of America - then I remember the suck-ass day 9/11 and realize, always to my surprise, that this place actually doesn't exist like this anymore. It's always an extremely strange realization.

  • @Laurelindo good point

  • im only 11 years old and i've always wanted to see the twin towers myself but i didn't get to because i was only 1 years old when the attack happened :(

  • @LGskaters i am 16 and i went to nyc when i was 4 in 1999 but i don't really remember anything =(

  • i was there as a kid so my mom tells me

it sucks that i cant look at this without thinking of the jumpers and everyone else who were killed :/

  • Those towers were HUUUUUUGE!

  • @realistromeo They most certainly were. :'(

  • @realistromeo The new Liberty Tower, is going to be even taller.

  • @Vanky20000 1776 ft. to be exact. The building will be the exact height as the original tower 1, but it will have a 400ft. spire on top.

  • @wulfganglover thanks for the info!

  • @realistromeo YEAH! Each floor weighed 4.8 MILLION POUNDS, and was ONE ACRE LARGE!!!

  • God. No one had a fucking clue what was gonna happen to that place...

  • off course "Tina turn off"!

  • What began as the filming of an ordinary day in September of 2001

turns out to be the most complete chronicle of 9/11 attacks.

New 9/11 movie on dvd: 'Tuesday Morning in September' 2011

For more information go to the channel that posted this.

  • Hi. There's a man who claims to be former Soviet military intelligence, says the WTC towers were turned to DUST by underground nuclear detonation, and that the undamaged tops then pushed the dust down to the ground as they fell. I think he's wrong. I'm looking for GROUND-LEVEL footage or eyewitness accounts of RESCUERS or people ESCAPING via the mezzanine, ground floor, plaza AS A TOWER COMES DOWN. It would mean it was SOLID below, not dust. Thanks if you have footage etc!

  • Man, if the twin towers were sentient, I'd totally hang with them. They seem to play some pretty bad-ass music.

  • 28 Osama's followers disliked this video

  • @GaBrIeL29061992 What's Osama have to with it?

  • @PurePowerPunk That reminds me of the song "What's love got to do with it"

  • @TypofizzV4 hahahahah, Tina Turner.

  • @PurePowerPunk what song is it by her ?

  • 28 conspiracy theorists disliked this video.

  • @thisischannel16 Me too :(

  • Thumbs up if you wish 9/11 never happened :(

  • @SnowLeopardStudioz yeah I wish that to then people can stop being paranoid about it 10 years later still!

  • @SnowLeopardStudioz You thumbs up whore, how many people would thumbs down to that??? Geez, you guys are getting more and more desperate...

  • @karim3343 hahahahaha u mad u got no 105 thumbs up lololol

  • @SnowLeopardStudioz fuck your thumbs.......

  • @Chingonshushu u mad.

  • @SnowLeopardStudioz not really i had enough of seing dumb spastics like you just comment to get "thumbs up".... its a bit sad

  • @SnowLeopardStudioz the whole US should thumb this up! un-american bastards!

  • :'(

  • I remember going here as a kid in 1998. The plaza was just how it looked. Lots of people, food stands, etc. I don't remember the music. I remember walking in to the lobby of the North Tower and we asked where the 1993 bombing happened. The guy behind the desk just pointed downward without saying anything.

  • i think i was there when this was recorded, lol

  • @306gamerization hehe cool!

  • chic- dance dance dance

  • @306gamerization THANK YOU VERY MUCH! :D

  • Who was playing that COOL SONG in the begining XD

  • @Galidorquest Push in the Bush..By Musique

  • I went to new York and could not see these incredible sights because the god is great bullshit terrorists thought that crashing planes would be a good idea well fuck you bin laden as you found out the easy way. They should have cut your head off with a rusty blade. Slow...

  • I stayed in the Marriott just there, between the towers, November 1998. Remember the Tall Ships Bar? NYC is a great city and i love the New Yorker spirit. Bless them all!

  • 1 minute in central park

    then on delancey street

    from bow'ry to saint marks

the rythem of the city, once u get it down u can wear the crown

be streetwise, gotta improvise,be streetsmart if u got new york city heart

  • Awsome and cool perspective of the WTC. Everytime I watch this, I feel the WTC felt like one of the safest and best places to be in NYC when they were still standing. Seeing hundreds of diffrent kinds of people scattered throughout the plaza enjoying that summer day right at the base of the WTC looking like ants compared to their sheer size makes it look nice and welcoming making you wish you can be there to experience NYC and the WTC at its finest =)

  • blah blah blah controversy this terrorism that it doesnt really matter what does is that it happened and we should not make this terrible event another topic that divides americans against each other.

  • in about 4 months time it will be ten years since the 9/11 disaster but for every year that has passed it still seems like yesterday when those planes hit the buildings. This disaster will never be forgotten and will be fresh in our minds forever. RIP to those who died and my deepest sympathy to the famlies of the deceased

  • @hcclemI you're wisdom,,, Brings peace to the world. may god bless everyone who risked their lives to help others in 9 11.

  • This must be before the U.S government destroyed them

  • If there's a new plaza built with elevator music playing elevator music, I'm going there to dance at least 4 times a month.

  • 2 tallest amarican dicks have gone ...

  • @limauze American* Dumb ass ahahah

  • i wish i could visit those tower one day .....

  • @SPAWN352 You will be able to in the next few years! They're re-building One World Trade Center now. :D

  • @videogames4u2see thank you , you are right , soon they re-build a new wtc , we must say " no " to terrorism and others governement conspiracies

  • I wish I could go bck in time and actually warn the poor victims of what was to come.

Maybe they wouldn't believe me - but I'd sure as hell try:/

  • This makes me really sad :(

  • Man, I wish I could go back in time and just stand there for one day.

  • before the life was cool, iam european and my life changed after that, the perception of the life you know, its not only NC or america, its a world

  • They said music was playing during the attacks, so if anybody wanted to know what a nightmare was like in reality...9/11 being at the plaza would it

  • I was justing thinking, what must it have been like to one day be looking out ur window and smiling at the sunshine, when a plane comes into view..............

  • It's hard to believe that there was happy music playing there at one time. And later bodies would be dropping from these buildings lie flies and splattering the ground below. Just too much to wrap my head around. Like a nightmare.

  • At 0:17 when the camera is looking at the top of the buiildings, all of the top Ceo's, corparates, and wealthy people that influence the goverment ,were just staring down on us from their fancy offices, and thinking about all of the money that they were soon going to get.

  • Just imagine how terrible it would have looked like on the day of the attacks...splattered human remains, bits of rubble, twisted plane parts...horrible.

  • this video's a part of history now

  • watching this towers makes me nostalgic, I can't imagine how a newyorker could feel like.

  • @TheBluestars91 Yeah it reminds me of 2001

  • @TheBluestars91 I know right.

  • Judging by the scale of the people compared to the towers I just realized how massive the base of these buildings were. 207 ft. of length per side looks alot longer than I originally thought, and multiply that to some 1,350 ft straight up to the sky just adds more to the frightening thought of the events of 9/11.

  • Warning read carefully!

see how the greed of a few people will reach many innocent people and blame them sleep in peace while the victims and their relatives weep tears of Oil!

  • The media exploited 9/11 for all it was worth. Celebrities from Hollywood get special tours of the wreckage right afterward, as though it were a tourist attraction.

Saudi Princes got a special tour as well, and they were photographed smirking at it.

  • I remember as a kid back in the summer of June 1997 when I went to the WTC and remember me and my brother leaning over the fountain and putting our hands in the running cascading water on the edge of the fountain walls (it was really cold actually). Then me and my brother kept splahing each other but a security guard stopped us because we were spilling too much water onto the plaza. We always did that every time we went to the WTC since we were just kids lol and brings back memories

  • @KGzll @KGzII That's exact like it was! :(

  • Can you imagine how creepy it would've been after they fell? Rubble and debris everywhere, nobody around, but music still playing like it was normal...

  • @KGzII, the music definitely wouldn't have been playing after they fell as the plaza would've been destroyed.

  • @KGzII Yeah..

  • i smoked 4 blunts there :) i laid on the floor with my GF and stared up and talked about it ever falling...

  • I loved 2001.

  • It's just amazing how no one expected the towers to collapse the day after... =[

Poor people, my heart fell along with them. RIP.

  • " Happier Times "

  • " OUR AC-130 IS IN THE AIR !! " 0:31

  • @kevin717717 hahaha...yea....you heard that from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 :D :))

  • whats the name of the song yeahh its cool man

  • @es0999999 "Dance Dance Dance", performed by "Chic"

though all versions you'll find on the internet don't have this swinging guitar solo the way like you hear in this video.

  • Comment removed

  • @es0999999 It's called dance dance dance: By Chic :)

  • People seen in this video are naive folks

  • @cjpj93 No Well maybe the helicopter bit but the first clip has to good of a quality for a 90's camera. I'd be guessing the Augest before the attacks

  • When was this recorded?

  • @shadowcaster12 before 11th September 2001...

  • @7948714759 No shit.....

  • @7948714759 LoL!!!

  • @7948714759 Ohh yeah!

  • Will you two jerk offs get a life and out of Mommy's basement.

    Good lord...wankers.

  • Thats a Nice intersection, I wonder how it would look in 2010 maybe better!!!

I wish I went there, I'm from Canada

  • @YoungPrince204 Well if the WTC was still hear i know of two things they might of done. One put some kind of ride at the top of tower 1. Two build WTC 8

  • @67tr876 if it *were* [sic] still *here" [sic]

  • @organisten I don't care spelling nazi.

  • @67tr876 ignorant people usually don't.

  • @organisten Like you jackass

  • @67tr876 and ignorant people have to call people names; they are unable to argue their point, and have to resort to abuse.

  • @organisten Like your mom did to you right ? thats why when i make a spelling fuck up that i can fix you got to yell at me ? cuz your mom hit you right ? FUCK OFF

  • @organisten - mate, 67tr876's spelling may have been off, but your use of the phrase [sic] was also way off. Also, it's "if the WTC was still there". I call it a draw between you guys ;)

  • @MrDenizen Wrong, it should be "if the WTC WERE still there" because it ISN'T still there. It is called the Subjunctive Mood of the English Verb. You will find it is perfectly correct. As for [sic] refer to the Cambridge Dictionary. It's online. Go and learn.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrDenizen teach me to suck eggs. Ok. He said that my house WERE burning down = he said so, but (understood) it WAS not burning down. Whereas, he said that my house was burning down = he said so, and (understood) it WAS burning down.

  • @organisten - you used the phrase [sic] with YOUR correction and NOT whilst quoting his mistake. I didn't need to scour the interwebby for that one ;)

My original post of "Also, it's "if the WTC was still there" " was incorrect, as I mistakenly put the word "there" instead of "here" - therefore "if the WTC was still here" is the correct spelling and grammar. WTC = World Trade Center and NOT World Trade Centre buildings or complex, which would have had "there" instead of "here". I thank you.

  • @MrDenizen correct, strictly speaking - but you knew full well that I was correcting his mistake, and that I was referring to him and not myself. Secondly, both "here" and "there" are equally correct grammatically speaking. I am simply pointing out that, in good literary English, the Subjunctive is still used for the Verb "to be" after an "if" clause. Hence it is not "it the WTC was [sic] still there/here", but "if the WTC were still there/here".

  • @organisten - As a native English speaker, I have no idea about "subjunctive moods" and whatnot, as it wasn't taught that way in school (to gcse level at least). When you learn a second language from the ground up, sometimes you have more knowledge of the exact workings of the language. Our friend who you corrected is from the USA, where sometimes education isn't what it's meant to be (ahem). For myself, I left school a while back.. so I revert to common sense rather than Subjunctives ;)

  • @MrDenizen as a fellow native - though older - English speaker, I am not in the least surprised you have no idea. It is no longer taught. This is a great shame. Likewise, our friend WHOM I corrected, is an example for you. There has been the all too prevalent idea that there be no rules in language - the English language after all has more and more words and grows or so it is supposed. However, after I broke my set of china, I had lots more pieces than before.... but it wasn't worth what is was.

  • @YoungPrince204 It doesn't exist now..

  • I don't understand why this footage is included in as 9/11?

  • @SmoothCriminalAaron It was shot on 9/11/01

  • @icognito01 Wows, It's crowded

and I feel sorry for the camera man, he almost caught the biggest thing to ever happen on tape

  • omg ... america before 9/11 it was realy a dream. this lifestyle and felling ... woooooooow. It would have been worth it to fight for it.

  • what I love is to see that people were always looking up!

  • A freand of mine got to stay at WTC 3 in 1996 for 3 days. told me it was nice

  • gw bush demolition team had done a good job

  • This video is from a more innocent and carefree time. I miss those days...

  • @joshspiker

How I miss those days. Sad.

  • wait! how did wtc 3 fall?

  • @trackmaniakid27 WTC 3 was completely smashed by the ruins of WTC 1 and 2.

  • @Romerjon17 Was there any video of this happening?

  • @Romerjon17 No it wasn't, the government say building 7 fell due to fire damage, although this is the first time fire ha collapsed a steel building, ever. Major engineers say it's impossible, especially when you consider the precise manor of which it fell.

  • @mutzigmorzine I wasn't talking about WTC 7.

  • @mutzigmorzine its also the first time a passenger airliner has flown strait into the side of a building as well. imagine the explosion, shrapnel, and rubble... its not really that hard to grasp dude. use more than your brain stem to think

  • @laynestaley1990 No airliner hit building 7... yes there was a degree of rubble hitting the building, but for such a strong building, that would have little affect. The fire damage is simply not sufficient to bring down a steel structured building, extensive tests have been preformed on this very issue. Please don't attempt to insult my intelligence, I'm simply looking at all the facts and questioning them, thats not a bad thing. I've never claimed to know what happened that day.

  • i know, but not every thing that seems strange is a cover up. sure its odd that bulding seven was destroyed but ive seen what it loo
