1. Yes, he is actually singing. Sorry I don't have a proper microphone to record him.

2. Yes, the notes probably aren't entirely correct. He plays by ear so he never looked at the notes for this song.

3. Yes, I think the TV is on. This wasn't an impromptu recording session so conditions were not ideal.
