Explode Transition Text Tutorial | Cinema 4D (PolyFX & Random Effector)

WTF, only two of my letters explode

For both R12 and R13, to apply "Random effector", you'll have to click down that MoGraph menu, look on the top where it says "Effector" and choose "Random". It will appear as "Random" in the workarea, but it's the same. Please like this, so as many as we can, can see this, and create the text ;)

Hey I have one problem when i'm working in c4D, when i have a floor in my plane with light etc.. everythings okay when i put the camera from above the text... When de camera's in a horizontal position parallel with the text (and when i've pushed render region) there is always a gray place where stands "perspective". How can i give this the same color as my floor?

@ArtsDesignz make sure that the effect you have to affect is ljinked to the random effector, go to the last tab of the object, there's suposed to be a box, and if thre's notthing that says "random effector" drag the random effector into the box hope it helped :D

You might be using cinema 4D R10 or R11 use R12 like he said goto mograph then poly fx if you dont have it goto mograph -> effector and see if its in that bar

Hey Conor, after dragging the exploder thing for my video it wouldn't let me record the camera movement, it would go to the last frame the exploder was on. You can look at the video I just added a few minutes ago, I wanted to zoom the camera in at the end but every time I tried it would just go to the last frame the sphere was moved. :\ Anyways a very nice tutorial. thumbs up and subbed (:
