hi ya, you need a couple of apps from cydia to do these thinkgs you want, iconoclasm for icon & springboard layout and for your dock you need infinidock, both are available in cydia, there is cracked free versions or pay for apps they are only £2 or £3 pound and worth every penny, the cracked versions will crash your device to often! try those mate, good luck

no mate jailbreaking is the nuts, its brilliant, becasue all you have to do is factory reset the device and your warranty is fine, no problems! i have done it myself a few times and exchange phones and a ipad after reseting them, apple can not tell i has been jailbroken before, a simple factory reset mate thats all you need to do! get it right before you make comments you know nothing about yeah!!!

You need iconoclasm from cydia this let's you control the layout for your spring board, there is a crack version I found tis crashed often so I paid I think 2$ for the app, you can get it from cydia it is a great app you can put loads of apps on you springbroad...
