  • that i am beautiful inside and out... and its time every girl in this world EMBRACE THAT! do not try and compare yourself to that!!! its not REAL! everything is photoshopped in media! ladies.... u ARE beautiful, gorgeous etc.., because God created u in his image! and he is perfect.. therefore how u are born is already PERFECTION! stop trying to change it to what u "think" is real beauty...because that isnt real beauty! same concept goes for guys too!

  • nope problem is NOT solved. alllll media is still influencing girls, boys, men, and women to strive for something completely unrealistic and FAKE! ii deal with this on a daily basis myself... i have found myself under sooo much pressure from media in all forms becuz i model and dance and sing... but... i take care of myself.. i am NOT unhealthy in any way... i am thin but thats just cause i have a high metabolism and im very active... i dont compare myself to all that fake crap because i KNOW

  • No, the problem is not solved. It is just going to get worse.

  • Er call me crazy, but has anyone considered just making them look, I don't know, how they REALLY LOOK?

  • That is so twisted. they're trying to keep up the illusion of a perfect being, it can't be reached! they take these skinnier than skinny little girls and retouch them on their bony bits to make them seem curvy and feminine. Also don't forget how young most models are.. i so feel sorry for them and anyone obsessively trying to achieve the look!

  • she looked healthier after the pic was retouched to look "fatter". showing bone structure isn't more attractive.

  • cant speak for all guys but i personally dont like visible muscle on women, i like firm but round curviness, aka photo B

  • i think they photoshopped the pic coz its look a bit weird , she doesnt look fatter to me....just to meet the "standart" conception of beauty

  • What is the Problem? Is it what we are comparing ourselves to or, that we are comparing ourselves?

  • i am a girl myself and it is hard to see the models to gorgeous and skinny but just making them fatter does nothingg we also compare ourselfs to how they hav no bemishes and ther makeup are pretty so this problem is not close to being solved

  • Yes but isn't it very well known that all magazines are photoshopped? Seriously I don't remember the last time I've seen a person without a single blemish or dent in their skin. I don't see why people base themselves off of people in magazines and not people they know in real life.
