isner played those very small important, crucial points and that made the difference at the end. he kept things simple at times in the rallies, and with passing shots; pretty much key to his success.
Notice how roddick struggles with his own countrymen. He lost to Querry than Isner, went to three sets with blake in memphis, and now Querry's about to beat roddick again!
Ese grandazo por las huevas de Isner es más torpe que cojo con muletas... su juego es horroroso, pero le ganó a uno de los mejores sacadores de todos los tiempos como Roddick.
STATUARY WARNING ( Caution!!): please do not wear head phones in this video. even if u are remove them before 2:29 as they make fuckk up ur ears....my ears just got fucked up as i was wearing them!!!!
trust me guys, every kids that playing for pro will always have that kind of attitube at first.. remembered when Roddick played in pro when he's 19 his attitube is worst than Isner even Novak Djokovic is worst too when he's first play in US Open..
But time goes by I'm sure they will learn not to show body language like that they must control their temper like Roger Federer. It's the mind game....
great vid! sound was horrible but i could actually see the ball! unlike most youtube tennis vids! great job! im a roddick fan but i can live with him losing unlike some other people!
holy shit, i read your comment, so i payed even more attention, i thought someone would do a scary face over winning a point or something like that, this scared the bejesus outta me, caught tottaly off guard.
yep. he sucks. he beat a past US open champion. obviously he sucks. (explain to me how you can get lucky in tennis, and how you can advance to the fourth round of a grand slam if you have no skill) you must just be a roddick fanboy. isner played an incredible match. stop being such a sore loser...id like to see you go out there and play isner buddy
Horrible Horrible defeat for Roddick. I still cannot believe this just happened. It just goes to show whether he is in good form or not, confident or not he will always be vulnerable when it comes to lower ranked players performing outside of themselves in the early rounds of slams. For me that's what has ruined Roddick's career more than losing all his big matches to Federer. It is the trend of these type of epic early defeats that hurt him the most.
Roddick the perennial underachiever. If he ever concentrated on returning serves he would have become more successful. You can't just hope to hold serve all the time to win. Wimbledon he gets broken once and US Open broken once and loses both matches. He has always given up way to early on points when he isn't serving.
He won two sets against Federer at Wimbledon, both of them with breaks, and had two break points in the fifth to serve for the match. Hardly reliant' on his serve in that match. He lost it because a) he choked in the second set tiebreaker, and b) he got tired in the fifth set a lot quicker than Roger did. It had nothing to do with his return game, which was exceptional in that match.
Are you kidding? Roddick, if anything, is too nice for his own good. Where on earth did you get it into your head that he was arrogant? I can only assume you just made that up to justify your personal dislike of him. Pretty pathetic, I must say.
well done isner, i thought he'd blown it went it went to a 5th. also, i said roddick wouldnt get semis like every pundit has been saying he will cos of a good run at wimbledon - but i had him losing to verdasco in 4th round!!
Roddick's on court attitude always stinks. Isner looked rushed during his celebration out of respect for Roddick but I would've milked it for longer than a quick sit down on court. My only regret about the end of this match is that Roddick didn't leave the court any quicker.
Roddick pushed to much in this match, he really needs to start flattening out his forehand instead. I do think if the set had no tiebreak rule, roddick would have won, but credit to isner - he played really well.
I agree that there should be no tie breaker in the fifth. It's almost as bad as penalty kicks deciding the world cup. Anyways, I was really surprised Roddick lost. He seemed to be playing well his first couple of matches this week. Also, after playing so well in Wimbledon, almost winning it all, I thought he was going to make a real run at the open. The match wasn't telivised which was disappointing. Wish I could have seen it. With Federer and Djokovic struggling, more upsets may be coming.
Yep, former world #4 players Tim Henman and Greg Rusedski. Not bad for a supposedly 'poor' tennis nation. Meanwhile, I don't remember a single Italian player coming through in that time. But I guess you were hoping nobody would mention that, weren't you? ;)
You lose, jap's eye. Go and choke on some more sour grapes.
LOLLLLLLLL OMG what a shitty life u must have to have this much frustration over nothing. look at all ur reactions all here hahahahaha omg man ur scaring me. go get some mental help. as for ur reaction to me; no i was actually hopin someone would be dumb enough to say that about italy. why? cus ur dumb ass forgot i wasnt the one talking bad about american players. and why is that? cus i know my country has done shit in this dep. so thas why i didnt say while that other dude did. nice try tho lol
Look at the redcoat try and act as if Britain had talent in the last 15 years. Murray is your only shot, and even with the cakewalk draw that he has, he'll still find a way to lose. Stick to your "Futbol."
In the last 15 years, we've had Henman (world #4), Rusedski (also world #4), and now Murray. Your country was very fortunate to have Agassi and Sampras stick around as long as they did, as in their absence your talent pool has nose-dived drastically.
Also, it's amazing that you believe Del Potro and Nadal to be a 'cakewalk draw' for world #2 Andy Murray, but that's what happens when you let your pathetic jingoistic egotism get in the way of actual sporting debate. Fuck off back to gridiron.
Oh, btw, my "jingoistic egotinistic" attitude must be desirable, seeing as I was correct that Murray sucked balls and lost to Cilic. That's too bad. I guess you can't rely on a Brit to actually get the job done. I love how other countries initiate an argument, call the USA the bad guys, and then never admit that they're wrong. Like I said, stick to "futbol".Our gridiron requires a lot more than your stinky pink down low. I'll let you play with it 'cuz you'll be the only one to ever touch it.
