At least ONE VIDEO which teaches REAL CUTTING TECHNIQUE with an european straight blade. There is so much bullsh*t out there, hits actually done from the wrist like an axe/club without moving the body which is common in hollywood stage combat.
Euroswords were NEVER used like an axe or club that's a movie myth coming up in 1970-s.
@Protherium Axes and clubs weren't used with wrist movements with an otherwise still body either. Force coming primarily from the wrist is a trait of modern sport fencing more than anything else, and even then, it only applies to part of modern sport fencing. Full body movements are the norm for everything from spears to unarmed combat, simply because that is what works.
