okay guys, serious question. im turning 16 in a few months, and would like to start drivers ed right away, but i know completely nothing. can someone please tell me the usual standard procedure of getting a license, how much tuition cost you, how much you pay for insurance, that type of stuff. i live in wisconsin, but im just looking for rough figures. any other tips and pointers are greatly appreciated too. thank you

I think it depends on your area, you'd need to go over to your local DMV and they'll help you with your questions!

1. drivers ed about $150 if you take it at high school.

2. When you pass drivers ed (DE) you then can take the driving written test.

3. If you pass drivers written test you get a permit.

4. Once you get a permit you can get a provisional liscense.

5. Once you turn 18 you get the full license.
