How do you get those pictures to move, like zooming in and out and moving in all sorts of directions?

lol its ok your not bothering me XD

in vegas when you click event pan it opens up a timeline, you can choose where you start your panning your pic or video double click anywhere on the timeline and it sets a mark then move the box where you want it to pan to, you can also rotate so you can get the pics to spin...I don't know if I'm explaining it well, do you use vegas?
