what should you study at university for being vfx supervisor?

Many universities will have programs in VFX (this may include compositing, CG animation, digital effects courses etc...), and this is a good place to start; however in an ideal world it would be great to combine these with film production classes (or at the very least,

on-set experience), so that you are able to understand and communicate to all sides of the production process, from pre-production continuing through post production.  Some schools are: SCAD, Vancouver Film School, UCLA.
