  • single stroke single stroke single stroke x 1 million.....yawn.

  • 1:58 Even God can fail O_O

  • @LorenzoBlaskhyrt haha he actually drops his sticks quite often, and somehow always manages to retrieve them mid-blast :0

  • @LorenzoBlaskhyrt that wasn't a failure! that was god trying to make everyone think nobodies perfect!

  • 1.58 Even God can fail O_O

  • Its probably hell miking that set for recording :P

  • Life would be shit without Nile!

  • 1:57 Stick dropped and recovered while still holding the blast beat FTW!!!

  • @ProV1XXXV That's how awesome George is.

  • Is he using two different snares? Looks like one in the usual spot in between the legs and a second under the high-hat. If so what is the point of that?

  • @CharonsDisciple diffrent sound

  • @CharonsDisciple I think one of them is tightened more. Sorry, don't know the actual technical term

  • Always gonna be one of my favorites : ) ungodly good

  • Kollias IS NOT a HUMAN BEING :)

  • - tika-taka-grrr-grrrr- brrrr-brrrr !!!!???

  • Interesting to hear the drums purely acoustic (or mostly) - shows you how f(*&ing processed drums are in death metal recordings. The toms on Those Whom just sound like clicks; nice to hear them actually sound like drums.

  • @HabAnagarek he only triggers his bass drums

  • @nigelic I know - but listen to how the toms resonate here, and the dynamics of the snare - loud accented hits, softer hits when he blasts. On the record, there are no dynamics to the snare hits (which doesn't sound like reality), and the toms sound like clicks. They may not be triggered, but they are compressed and EQed in such a way (probably in order to cut through the compressed and EQed wall of guitars) that makes the whole kit sound very processed.

  • @HabAnagarek oh ok i see wut u mean ya the kit sounds great here

  • @HabAnagarek i dont know what the fuck you're talking about, but nile has the most real sounding drum tracks ive ever heard, which is why i like them so much... open your ears brah, they may surprise you once in awhile

  • @RiseWithTheFalen4 what the fuck is "brah"? If you don't know what the "fuck" I'm talking about, I can't help you.

  • @HabAnagarek this guy really is a dumbass haha

  • I can't hear triggers quite well. Actually, I hear them only at the beginning of the song.
