I know this doesn't happen. I don't believe housing and food are privelages for those who have earned them. They are a right - not a gift for good behaviour.

Perhaps if more folks thought about how wrong the situation, and not accept that it's just the way things have to be, more people would then consider thoughts on how to remedy it. The dog is his guide animal he needs to get the dog registered as his guide animal. He probably didn't have a heart attack he had a severe panic attack I know bc I have had them and even went to the emergency room for it one time they hooked up EKG and told me I needed to reduce stress. His dog is aiding him with PTSD and is his guide animal he can ride a bus with this dog as long as he says it is his guide animal they can't tell him to leave the bus or hospital they have to accommodate him.
