for the revolution! a half martyr (a person who is not killed by another bully to teach a population but survived choking, beating, ect. a full martyr dies by bullying for the cause of anti bullying to TEACH us what is actully happening they were martyr's who died by themself listen people look at the cause...listen look at the blood spilt does the quality of life mean nothing to you do you help beat and kill these people by doing nothing not the victim but media, news, ect.
@missnatasha992 ...We should not have victims...If a bully attack you verbally..defend yourself...Carry peper spray, a small bat and hit them real hard give em hell....
dreaminvasion - lol how about you put them in there shoe and know much pain they must have felt to kill themselves,I mean I'm not selfish at all but I have had like emotional pain for 7 months now and still wonder how I am still alive with it,I wanna commit suicide but I'm still not selfish so when you have felt our pain then come back and comment.
Put the responsibility where it belongs - with the person that committed suicide. Bullying is commonplace, it always has been, yes it sucks, we have all seen it or felt it first hand...
it's just that now we can blame suicide on someone else when we lose a loved one that killed themself because they were selfish. How convenient.
@mizzsassydiamond - I'm afraid life doesn't work that way. We, the living can go ahead and blame whatever we want... but the suicide victims truly have no one to blame but themselves. Why don't you research some of the bullying Bill Gates went through in High School. It's called dealing with it and then showing them all by becoming a tremendous success.
@dreaminvasion well then FUCK u u have no place to say that my friend danni is gone becuse of people like you with sencitivity every word hurts sometimes little or small you dont know what its like to be that way i do so did my friend and she had had enough i almost commited it a while ago HOW DARE U PUT that shit bout where it belogs it belongs to the bully no the vitctom go and die in hell for all i care P.S thanks for saying my friend was selfish (danni James 1993-2010)
@twilightrules34 You're clearly mentally retarded, and I make it a rule not to debate with those less fortunate. Maybe you'll be worth bantering with once you complete first grade English.
Oh, and I don't care about your friend. People who kill themselves knew they had other options. Half of them didn't mean to go through with it, and just wanted attention.
@dreaminvasion well good luck and while i get out of first grade u go look like a huge jerk u really dont care about others do u becuse in the end ur just as bad as a murderer and yeah hey i cant spell im proud at lest have a goddamn heart so tell ur self what u may but it wont make the least amount of diffrentce
@twilightrules34 Right. I guess you've got a point. I wouldn't run up to a retarded child on the street and scream at it, so why argue with one online? Enjoy those government regulated checks and group trips to grocery stores, fighting with the fat old hens that run your tardhome. I'm going to go back to kicking hardcore amounts of ass and being ridiculously awesome, peace.
@dreaminvasion ok i am sorry i acted without thinking i am just hurting really bad inside and cant take it and i guess i just went off without thinking i am sorry i was as annoying as i was what u belive is what u belive i just dont want to deal with this crap sorry that i affened u and all but just hate when my friends get hurt again i am so sorry
@dreaminvasion I'm not going to argue about how blaming the bully solves any problems, the cemetery can attest that it doesn't. Yes, bullies have always been present - so has pneumonia. However, we treat pneumonia and other diseases in an effort to achieve better results. Bullying in the past was kept in check, so extreme resultant depression was rare - victims had support rebuilding confidence. Somehow that balance has been disrupted. Rather than blaming anyone, how about founding the cause?
@razredge07 couldn't agree more. Less whining, more doing. It just annoys me to no end that rather than focus on the positive changes people can make from tragedy, they choose to pity and hate it.
@dreaminvasion People are human - not purely logical and do succumb to emotions. The death of a child due to depression brought on by bullies with no clear way in which a parent can protect the child leaves the parent feeling helpless rage. Naturally the first impulse will be the most direct, regardless of it actually solving the problem. Emotion won't work. Thinking will be required to trace back to where the balance was lost between bullies and victims; schools and parents.
@razredge07 Couldn't agree more. I can accept that initial response is to hate, but there should come thought and contemplation afterward. And I personally blame parents. Parents are the ones making schools find it near impossible to discipline kids now, always jumping to some conclusion about the way something should be dealt with. Teachers deserve more respect, and deserve to be treated like an ally, not a constant object of suspicion and disagreement.
@dreaminvasion Some of the parents have made it nearly impossible to discipline kids; I can certainly agree with that. Although, I can't help but to wonder if some of the parents whose children have died, weren't trying desperately to rally against all the obstruction built by two or three generations of well-meaning but misguided restrictions on schools. If this is the case for some parents, then how can balance be restored before another child is lost? Where would be a good place to start?
Anti-bullying campaigns should target adults, not children. The reason bullying is such a problem is because adults, be they parents or faculty members, won't do anything about it. The list of excuses they make is as long as your arm: Claiming that bullies have low self-esteem, that they're staying neutral, or even that the victim was asking for it. Whatever the reason, an army of apologists and enablers always springs to the aid of bullies when they're taken to task.
@TBTabby Anti-bullying campaigns have to target all possible vectors. Bullycide is not a problem caused by any single thing - it is multi-faceted, so the method in which to counter it has to be multi-faceted as well. Poor parenting can cause bullies, it can also cause bully victims. Apathy from the student body can cause bullies, it can also cause bully victims. Removal of appropriate discipline in schools can lead to bullies and bully victims. It's a truly complex social problem.
Thank you I needed this video. You have freed me. :).

Myth: Ignoring the bully solves the problem.
Fact: If you ignore them, they will most likely go to higher extreams.
