English isnt reserved for a single population; anybody can learn it and use it if they want to. Rock (and music in general) can be played however the player feels like it, so dont try to regulate or prevent their interests. Otherwise, how would awesome performers like JerryC ever have been so epic? (Great performance, btw. =D)

Even if youre all for traditional Japanese culture, dont complain about how the world is modernizing. Ideas are being exchanged through many ways, like even YouTube.
