You are such a beautiful example to others. Protection of our little ones from BPA and adults with health problems who have not idea they are poisoning themselves with plastics is another huge reason for Oprah to use her infuence to help. Good luck with this Beth Terry. You and your blog already have helped me so much! Kathy
I posted this video on my blog today. Hopefully it will direct some traffic your way. I know one of my readers has already indicated that she was very moved by this video!
Beth - I want to thank you for inspiring my purpose in life, to love our earth and every soul that breathes upon it. I truly believe that our purpose has a place in this life and that even if it is done through one small measure, just as you are doing, it reaches out and breathes into those whom are found taking a breath deep within. Congratulations on your new found birth. May God smile down upon you a billion tears of joy. - Pane Relief, Fort Bragg, CA

Hi Beth, awesome girl! you have inspired me to take on your zero plastic project in my life too... I recently started on an SLS free crusade, eliminating the use of synthetic detergents by making my own soaps/cleaners/shampoo's etc use throughout the house.. still lots of experimenting to be done, but I may as well eliminate the plastic alongside the commercial body and house cleaners... makes perfect sense. Stay on track, your doing an awesome job. Cheers from Melbourne Australia:) Claire
I feel ovewhelmed with all the plastic we have it's everywhere and part of our lives everything is made of plastic pens, computers, containers, plastic bags, water bottles how could I live without them?
i've been following your blog for over a year and finally need to tell you that you have made a serious impact on my life. esp in regards to buying local and buying/not buying in general. thank you for the endless hours of research you do. i have benefited greatly and share the info with my concerned neighbors.
I love your comment about going beyond bags and bottles. These are really just the tip of the iceberg - there is sooo much plastic in our world! Keep up the fight.
Well done, Beth. I have been following your blog for over a year now. I drive my family crazy too. Mostly my kids have had to learn that Mom does not buy or use zipper plastic bags in their lunch bags. They are finally getting used to the stainless containers! I love what you do and I have learned so much. Oprah would be so lucky to connect with you. Thank you for you, Amy
Beth, you are making a difference! I have no doubt the magnitude of what will be due to your dedication.... talk about understanding one's own purpose, you blow me away!!!!!
Beth, I'm so glad that you sent the video to Oprah! Hopefully, the message with be seen by many! I posted the link for your blog about it on Plurk today so that my friends could see it.
I'm blown away by this! So impressed by all the steps you've taken. I've been recycling off & on for over 20 years, the past 8 have been very dedicated recycling. I begged my manager at work until we got a bin to recycle paper, the plastic, aluminum and glass containers are supposed to be coming soon! What I can't recycle at work goes home with me & into the bin. I'm just a bit confused as to what can be recycled. I've heard that not everything with the symbol is, another video, help me!
Thank you for your work, your dedication, your inspiration. I was moved by your words and informed by your website.
