The Xperia would have a chance against the iPhone is Windows had not of screwed up Windows Mobile so horribly. They made the buttons way too small, it is unnavigable, and internet explorer failed when trying to make a mobile browser. The iPhone has a very simple interface, yet very diverse OS. There is no accelerometer, the touch of the screen does not even compare, and the iPhone has much higher resolution. There are many more things i can point out to you if necessary.

Capacitive (that is how it is spelled) is much better than a resistive touch screen any day. It is much more responsive, it is more durable, and it looks way cleaner on a phone. That is not a legitimate argument. Also, whenever a screen that small gets resolutions that high, the difference is hardly noticeable. I have used many phones (including the xperia) and I am aware of what i am talking about. You continue to use pathetic arguments. Jailbreaking allows you to customize also.
