  • Mmmmmmm, I love garlic too- probably more then my clients do, hehe! Great recipe. I often slice potatoes and peppers into "french fry" sizes, add some rounds (1/2 inch) of zucchini, chopped onions and mushrooms (cut into 1/4), and whatever else looks good in the fridge, add some olive oil, soy sauce and herbs in a big bowl. Then I toss and cook in oven until just right. Is great served with just about anything! Even Catsup (for my 5 y/o daughter) :) . Peace&Love!

  • hi dede

what is "saluntro" in portuguese please

    kisskiss

  • Cilantro in Portuguese means coentro.

  • Hey Dede, love the recipes. Thanks so much. You're beautiful too.

  • dede does the cilantro give it a strong flavor...cause i know cilantro tastes strange doesn't it....is there an alternative....

  • Well actually, when you toss the cilantro in the potatoes let them cook for a few minutes, the flavor is not as robust when the cilantro cooks down. You can also decrease the amount of cilantro.

  • I am a vegetarian and I love how so many of the recipes are veggie. Will try one by one.

And Dede is attractive so thats a plus too. :)
