Perhaps when the Master attacked Rassilon, he did not burn out his entire life force, and some of it was left behind, then turned into a human baby which grew up. So Rory is the Master. Furthermore, Rose saw all this when she said the timelines converged on one being. K'bye.
Furthermore, the Master leaving the bolt running is what caused the Doctor to absorb radiation, which was expelled into the tardis during regeneration. So that caused him to crash into Amy's yard, which just happened to be of a house where the universe was cracked. Furthermore, his encounter with Amy and Rory created River's timelord half, so the Master leaving the bolt running was crucial to the universe, making the Master a key figure too! Now this all makes sense (continued in next comment...
Wait...half human, half timelord, the universe has been waiting for her. All timelines converge on her. But that only lasted for this moment. Otherwise, Rose's prophecy was referring to someone else being the most important person in creation: River! Half human, half timelord. Think about it, when total event collapse happened, River was at the heart of the explosion of the universe. Furthermore, she has an involvement in a fixed point in time. Rose was not just talking of Donna, but River too!!
It's just a shame that Donna ends up in a way dying after this. I would love to her and the 10clone to return at some point. Certainly a far superior ginger.
Metacrisis or no, I'm still convinced the Doctor and Donna are actually twins separated at birth. XD She was already SO much like him. She just needed a little confidence to go with that attitude.
As bad as RTD was over the run, Moffat has been just as disappointing... I can think of about 12 good episodes since the reboot, the rest.... seem caught between terrible and awful. The whole River thing was just... terrible, seriously being a Tardis makes you part time lord AND inherently capable of piloting a Tardis that a time lord himself, after an actual time lord education, still has issue piloting? Half time lord DNA just from being in the ship? I swear they'be both been drinking otj..

This is the reason why the Doctor can never go near her again (see the DW Special: The End of Time). If he does then she will remember and the "Doctor Donna" will gain control, but her mind will burn as a result.

I LOVED this episode!! EVERYONE is all together, and ALL the characters are there.... Mainly Jack and Rose ((: they're my favorite!!
I hated Rose's ending though....

@dalekarmy The "Doctor Donna" is still there fighting for control and is currently buried in the recesses of her mind. This is the reason why the Doctor can never go near her again (see the DW Special: The End of Time). If he does then she will remember and the "Doctor Donna" will gain control, but her mind will burn as a result.
