Great videos, they've inspired me many times to train harder. I can only do the 32kg for 5 reps and 37kg for 1. This is amazing. How did you build such incredible shoulder strength to press 60kg?! You are very strong. How would you advise increasing pressing strength?
funny I was just doing KB presses while watching this video. My right ankle is badly sprained right now, so I workout sitting at the comp haha. I agree completely with what you're saying otherwise. A lot of people say "oh hard style is better for athletes who want conditioning for other sports". After training for a few years with KB's, I find your fundamentals are the best for all athletes and create the best conditioning.
Great message in today's video. In the future, can you do a video about the differences in Press, Push Press and Jerk. Specifically focused on the results that they produce? Thanks Coach.
Great Message! A good teacher makes thing simple... There is good Mechanics and poor mechanic... I agree too many people looking at high level guys and they see the little differences not the common denominators... These people need head coach not Kb coach!!!
Oh yeah I forgot to mention I am amazed you pressed 32kg for 50 reps like it was nothing. Amazing job.
