There is a far simplier way to get "healthcare for all" than taking over the entire healthcare system. Simply tighten the labor market so employers will offer healthcare as an employer-paid benefit in order to compete for scarce workers. We tighten the labor market by deporting the illegals first and then tighten up legal immigration, capping it at 125,000 per year instead of 125,000 per month. This also reduces our carbon footprint -- something else the Libs keep demanding.
