Read the site, dude. This is a HALF LIFE mod. You have to have HALF LIFE to play it. Not half life source.

No you do not need half life you need the source engine like with TF2 or L4D or L4D2 or you get the idea

well its a bug glitch fully you havto reinstall it or reinstall steam if your running on won you havto reinstall the whole game if your running on steam and aint working wen you reinstalli t then you need to reinstall steam

My hl1 always tells me its out of date when i play online, but when It checks for updates the updater said "your version of HL1 is uptodate, and returns to the menu screen
