Because one the game is still made in 2007 :) there would be no point in creating a game in november 2007 when it would be out of date in a months time and they use the old summerslam because that years summerslam still hasnt occoured :)

i have this game for ps3,ps2,and 360 and yes he does have the rko. its cuz when you do teh finisher your doing it when the opponent is on his front. so when hes on his from orton WILL do the punt. put the opponet on his back and hell do the rko
