The one thing that bothers me about Korean MMO's in general is the plastic looking nature of the characters. There is no humanity to the characters. I'd rather see an MMO company work on realistic character movement, similar to what Battlefield 3 has tried to do with crawling, climbing, physics based action and reaction. Realistic hair simulation and cloth simulation would be truly next generation. Terra will be a fine game but I don't think it will be memorable.
Ok dude you're not getting it. My friends and I are vid makers, we edit game play or game trailers and put it to music. Sometimes we use pop music , metal or whatever we feel. It's our creation or remix it's our thing. We do like when ppl like our vids cause we wonder if it entertains or touches someone. View count tells us someone likes it. It has everything all other MMO (such as Wow or Aion) have but with some extra additions that makes it better (the combat, political system,etc.) and I have heard nothing but praise from those who have played the game. The only real problem is that not enough people know about it or care.
@Pwnagener Employees left NCSoft, joined another company Bluehole Studio, made Tera with some source code from Lineage 3, and got sued. Apparently the employees must have had a justified reason for leaving. IMO: having experience dealing with NCSoft, they don't have my side.
I fear this game won't make it, too many ppl love the fact that WoW is point and click and spam buttons, this game you have to aim where attacks go and where your heals go. It may a bit to ambitious. I would love to see it do well, just afraid.

@black19940 No, there will be no such game until WoW has finished its lore and becomes a free to play as there would be no more heavy class balancing and end game additions. WoW is too large to kill and mentioning WoW killers is a laugh as none that have claimed to be have even come close. Warhammer died, Aion died, Rift is living but not to its estimated growth. Tera is something absolutely new to the MMO P2P with its aimed integrated combat where targeting and hitting 1 will get you to cap. GG

@black19940 I actually doubt it hence the extremely beautifull graphics(for an mmo). The reason i doubt it is that wow has a remarkable good storyline and very well balanced gameplay. Also again this mmo has this less discreet asain style which tend to annoy alot of people.

She said she hates how it is now where you have to menu click (like dualing) to start a pvp match. Not open pvp. Maybe this will change? She said the PvE is a little fun but it's PvE and she said that her computer barely can run it. She ran Aion great but then again, Aion was more proc heavy, not graphics card heavy.

2.grinding is by definition being forced to gain levels solely by repeatably killing mobs (not questing which was invented to solve grinding)
3. yes i know female characters dont need to dress like strippers to be attractive
4.Stealing from other games is a good thing if what you are stealing is good (why not take the best parts from each game, it means you get it all without paying multiple subs
