@JustStartedPlaying Thx for the post... I'm lucky enough to know Gary and Gemma on a personal level and must say there the most down to earth couple your ever likely to meet. It will be a shame if the move over to the states.
@gnomekje I met him in the Rochester Castle, Stoke Newington in 1977 (I think it was 77, maybe 78) and brought him a beer and we talked about the sound of the band (Tubeway Army) and I remembered him being intertested in what two16 year old lads thought of his band. We went to see him a couple of times after that and then he was on Top of the Pops!! I met loads of bands in the punk era and he was propbably the easiest bloke to approach and talk to. It's hard to believe that was 34 years ago!

I was standing at the back. Great gig and nice that he took his kids on stage. One of the decent blokes in music....
