Wow, speaking as a Christian myself, there is way too much superstition, foolishness, convenient misinterpretations, and arrogance that individuals bring into every religion, including my own. It stems from people seeking 'balance' within their imbalanced life, by overcompensating in the name of their own personal deity, and thus releasing them from their own accountability and natural judgement of situations. It's an easy scapegoat for irrational acts.

Reading some comments here, I have to wonder why it is some people feel the need to be hostile to religious people(often towards christians.)
People who act like crazy assholes because someone wants to believe in a higher power are no better than crazy asshole zealots. Thats not what religion is and that's not what being human is. Your beliefs are valid as long as no one gets hurt, though cleary the "minister" did hurt someone.

I cannot believe that the defendant has the audacity to say that she threw the wedding dress away because it was tainted by witchcraft. I'm a witch, and I am insulted that someone as stupid as her used that as a reason as to why she didn't return it. In some instances, I'm relieved that she "threw it away", as opposed to setting it on fire. :p All joking and religious views aside, that was a no-brainer. If you don't want something, give it back to the person you got it from.

Now, I am called to be a deliverance minister but u never know howsome1 is off tv, that lady that dressed the dress, was prob not a person that she could give the dress back to.
