Fire and flames in Photoshop

Is there any reason why mines is so slow, i have a decent PC, but it taked like ages to smudge

Make sure your on the right layer and that the selection is turned OFF (Ctrl+D)

very thankful ,persons like u teach very well i uderstanded 95% but i had a proble with the wind effect ,it appears but not as noticible as in urs and when i add some more the text just distortions plaese help me!

great video, but I had a problem when I added the wind filter, the wind effec is visible only in the inner part of the text, I mean, beyond the right borders the wind effect is not visible. did I miss something?? or do I have to configure something to obtain the effect??

when i use the wind effect it only deteriorates the bottom part of the image and does not make it come out of the top like fire....if you understand what i mean lol.

He forgot to say, but you need to put it on "from the left" in the wind filter setting effects.

Probably because you have the "direction" giong left to right. If you don't know where that is it's the two checkboxes on the bottom of the "wind box" that pops up. Click the litl circle that says left to right.
