You can make a hoop by getting some 16 gauge wire and looping it around any cylindrical form (aspirin bottles, vitamin jars, etc.) Make sure you make one 'loop going in one direction, and after you make the hoop around your form, take your pliers and make another loop going in the other direction. :)
